1. What is a MINT X PRO?
MINT X PRO is a platform that allows users to buy and sell cards easily and securely. You can list any card you would like on our platform, and it will appear on other users’ feeds. Once both parties agree to a deal the seller will ship their items to the MINT X PRO HQ for verification. Once verified MINT X PRO will ship the buyer his items and the seller will be paid out.
2. How do I create an account?
To create an account, click on the “Sign Up” button and fill in the required information.
3. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards and banks.
4. How can I buy cards?
Browse the listings, select the items you want, and follow the checkout process.
5. What if I encounter an issue with my transaction?

6. Is there a return policy?
Yes, we offer a return policy within a specified timeframe. Please refer to our Return Policy section for details.
7. How do I upload my cards?
You can list your cards for sale by navigating to the “Sell” section and following the prompts.

9. How do I receive payments?
We use stripe to process all payments. Stripe is standard in the industry for processing payments. To receive funds, you must link your stripe account with your bank account.
10. How soon do I need to ship?
Tracking must be uploaded to MINT X PRO within 72 hours of the transaction.

12. Does MINT X PRO provide shipping labels?
We offer shipping labels for purchase for all packages. MINT X PRO will handle the labels for the second leg of shipping to the buyer.
13. Are packages insured for shipping?

14. What happens if the buyer does not ship my items?
Mint exchange will refund all transactions and fees if the buyer does not ship your items.
15. Is MINT X PRO responsible if tracking shows delivered, but item is not received?
Our insurance covers packages that are lost or stolen. If a package is shown as delivered to the correct address, MINT X PRO will not pay out insurance claims.

18. Can I use MINT X PRO if I live outside of the US?
You can use MINT X PRO if you live outside of the United States. The MINT X PRO HQ is in the United States and your items will be shipped there first before they are shipped to you.
19. How can I delete my account?
You are able to delete your account by going to profile>settings>account>delete account.
