At Mint X Pro LLC (“Mint X Pro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides its services (described below). These Terms and Conditions of Use, along with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines incorporated by reference (collectively, “Terms”), govern your use of our sports card buying and selling platform at https://www.mintxpro.com (“Site”) and mobile app Mint X Pro (App). By using our mobile app, Site and Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our mobile app, Site or Services.
1. Changes to Terms and Policies
We may modify these Terms at any time. If we do, we will post the updated Terms on the Site and app, and they will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site and app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must discontinue using the Services.
2. Mint X Pro Marketplace
2.1 Platform Overview
Mint X Pro offers a digital marketplace where users can buy and sell cards. We act solely as an intermediary facilitating transactions between buyers and sellers. Mint X Pro does not own, control, or take possession of the cards listed on our platform at any point. Our platform enables users to conduct transactions easily, but we are not responsible for any part of the transaction beyond connecting users.
2.2 Transaction Disclaimer
All transactions conducted on Mint X Pro are strictly between the buyer and seller. We do not guarantee the accuracy, authenticity, legality, or condition of any items listed or sold on the platform. While we may provide tools or services aimed at inspecting or verifying items, such inspections are limited and do not constitute a guarantee or warranty of authenticity, condition, or quality.
2.3 Card Authenticity & Verification Process
Mint X Pro does not guarantee the authenticity of the cards listed or exchanged on the platform. Although we strive to implement verification procedures, these are provided on an “as-is” basis and should not be solely relied upon for determining a card’s authenticity or condition. We expressly disclaim liability for counterfeit or misrepresented cards. Our verification process does not extend to confirming the accuracy of labels or grading assigned by third-party grading companies. Users are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence, including verifying any grading company’s assessment of a slab or card.
2.4 User Responsibilities
By using Mint X Pro, users acknowledge that trading cards, especially high-value or collectible items, inherently involves risks, and they agree to undertake the necessary research and precautions before finalizing any transaction. Mint X Pro encourages all users to carefully review item descriptions, seller reputations, and any associated documentation, such as certificates of authenticity, before completing a transaction.
2.5 Age Requirement
By accessing or using the Mint X Pro platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may use the platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service on your behalf.
3. Making Offers for Cards
Mint X Pro provides users with the ability to make offers on listed cards as part of its marketplace functionality. By using this feature, both buyers and sellers acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
3.1 Offer Submission
Buyers may submit offers on eligible listings through the platform’s offer system. Offers must be a good-faith attempt to purchase the item and should not be used to manipulate or disrupt the marketplace.Once an offer is submitted, the seller will have the option to accept, decline, or counter the offer within a specified timeframe. Offers are binding upon acceptance by the seller. If a seller accepts an offer, the buyer is obligated to complete the transaction in accordance with the agreed-upon terms.
3.2 Counteroffers
Sellers may respond to offers with a counteroffer. Counteroffers function as new offers that the buyer may accept, decline, or counter further. A counteroffer supersedes the original offer, making the prior offer void once a counteroffer is made.
3.3 Offer Expiration and Withdrawal
Offers and counteroffers may be time-limited, as indicated within the platform. If an offer is not accepted within the given timeframe, it will automatically expire. Buyers may withdraw an offer before it is accepted by the seller. However, once an offer has been accepted, the buyer is required to proceed with the purchase.
3.4 Seller Discretion
Sellers have full discretion to accept, reject, or counter any offers. There is no obligation for a seller to accept any offer below their asking price. Sellers may set preferences regarding automatic acceptance or rejection of offers based on predefined price thresholds.
3.5 Prohibited Activities
Users may not engage in bad-faith negotiations, including making offers with no intention of completing the purchase, repeatedly submitting low-ball offers, or using the offer system to harass other users. Any misuse of the offer feature may result in penalties, including suspension or termination of the user’s account at Mint X Pro’s discretion.
3.6 Final Sale Agreement
Once an offer is accepted, a binding transaction is created between the buyer and the seller. The buyer must complete payment, and the seller must ship the item in accordance with the platform’s shipping guidelines. Failure to fulfill a completed offer agreement may result in penalties, including account suspension or restrictions from using the offer feature in the future.
By using the offer system on Mint X Pro, users agree to adhere to these guidelines and participate in transactions in a fair and transparent manner.
4. Trading on Mint X Pro
4.1 Trading Overview
Mint X Pro allows users to engage in trading transactions, including card-for-card trades and trades involving a combination of cards and cash. Our platform facilitates these transactions, but we do not take responsibility for the condition, authenticity, or value of the traded items.
4.2 Trading Process
Users can negotiate trades through the platform and finalize agreements before shipping items. Both parties must agree to the terms of the trade, including any additional cash considerations, before proceeding. Once an agreement is reached, each user is responsible for ensuring their items are shipped securely and in a timely manner.
4.3 Trading Risks
All trades are conducted at the users’ own risk. Mint X Pro does not provide buyer or seller protection for trades, nor do we guarantee the fairness of a trade. Users should conduct thorough research and communicate clearly before agreeing to a trade. We recommend using tracking and insurance when shipping traded items.
4.4 Disputes and Resolution
Since Mint X Pro does not take possession of traded items, we cannot mediate disputes between users regarding trading transactions. Users are encouraged to document their trade agreements and maintain open communication to resolve any issues that may arise.
4.5 Prohibited Trade Practices
Users are prohibited from engaging in fraudulent or deceptive trading practices, including but not limited to misrepresenting an item’s condition, misrepresenting an item’s value, altering a card post-trade agreement, or failing to ship a promised item. Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of the user’s account.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 General Disclaimer
Mint X Pro, including its owners, affiliates, partners, employees, and agents (collectively, “we” or “us”), shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
5.2 Platform Facilitation
We provide a platform to facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers. We do not own, inspect, or warrant any items listed on the platform. Mint X Pro does not guarantee the quality, condition, authenticity, or legality of the items offered by third-party sellers. Any claims, disputes, or issues related to a transaction, including but not limited to non-delivery, misrepresentation, or defectiveness, are to be resolved between the buyer and seller. We do not assume liability for the actions or omissions of any users of the platform.
5.3 Transaction Limitation
In no event shall Mint X Pro’s total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to a transaction on the platform exceed the total amount of fees we have earned from that specific transaction. You acknowledge that this limitation is a fair allocation of risk given the nature of the platform.
5.4 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mint X Pro, its affiliates, owners, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, or costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to (i) your use or misuse of the platform, (ii) your violation of these terms, (iii) any transaction you enter into on the platform, or (iv) your violation of any third-party rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights or privacy rights.
5.5 No Warranty
The platform and all content, materials, information, products, and services provided through it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties or guarantees, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, or accuracy. We do not guarantee that the platform will be secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.
6. User Accounts
6.1 Account Creation
To access and use the Mint X Pro platform, whether through the website or mobile app, you are
required to create a user account. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update this information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete. Failure to do so may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
6.2 Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, including any transactions or communications made through the platform. Mint X Pro cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
6.3 Account Security
In the event of any unauthorized access or use of your account, you must notify Mint X Pro immediately at mintexchangecards@gmail.com. You are responsible for implementing measures to secure your account, such as choosing a strong password and regularly updating it. Mint X Pro reserves the right to take appropriate actions, including suspending or terminating accounts, in response to suspected security breaches.
6.4 Account Suspension and Termination
Mint X Pro reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time if we believe that (i) you have violated these Terms of Service, (ii) your account is being used for fraudulent or illegal activities, or (iii) your actions pose a security threat to the platform or other users. Any such termination may result in the forfeiture and destruction of information associated with your account.
6.5 Accuracy of Information
You agree that all information you provide to Mint X Pro, including during registration and any time thereafter, is truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information, or impersonating another person, may result in the suspension or termination of your account and potential legal action.
7. Fees and Payment
7.1 Fees
By using Mint X Pro, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges as outlined in our pricing schedule, which may be updated from time to time. Fees may include, but are not limited to, transaction fees, listing fees, shipping costs, and other charges related to the use of our Services. These fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
7.2 Transaction Fees
Mint X Pro may charge a fee for each transaction conducted on the platform. This fee will be deducted automatically from the payment received from the buyer before funds are transferred
to the seller. You will be able to view and agree to the applicable fees before completing each transaction.
7.3 Shipping Costs
Sellers are responsible for calculating and including shipping costs in their listings unless otherwise specified by Mint X Pro. Shipping fees may vary depending on the carrier, location, and method of shipment chosen by the seller or buyer. Any disputes regarding shipping should be resolved between the buyer and seller. Mint X Pro may provide shipping tools or services, but we are not liable for any shipping delays or issues.
7.4 Payment Methods
Mint X Pro accepts payment via a variety of methods, which may include credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other third-party payment processors. By completing a transaction, you authorize Mint X Pro and its payment partners to charge your payment method for the total amount due, including any applicable fees.
7.5 Failure to Pay
If you fail to pay any fees or charges when due, Mint X Pro reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account until such fees are paid in full. Repeated failure to fulfill payment obligations may result in permanent account termination.
7.6 Taxes
Mint X Pro is not responsible for calculating, collecting, or remitting any sales, use, income, or other taxes arising from your transactions on the platform. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with your tax obligations, including but not limited to reporting and paying any taxes related to the purchase, sale, or other use of items through the platform. We recommend consulting with a tax professional if you are unsure of your tax responsibilities.
8. Shipping and Handling
8.1 Shipping Labels and Instructions
As part of our Services, Mint X Pro may provide users with shipping labels, tracking tools, and handling instructions to facilitate the secure and efficient delivery of items. You agree to use these tools and follow all provided instructions carefully, including packaging guidelines, carrier drop-off procedures, and shipment deadlines.
8.2 Timely Shipment
You are responsible for ensuring that items are shipped promptly and in accordance with the shipping method selected by the buyer or agreed upon during the transaction. Failure to ship an item within the expected timeframe may result in negative reviews, penalties, additional fees, or suspension of your account. Sellers are advised to provide tracking information to buyers once an item has been shipped to foster transparency and trust.
8.3 Risk of Loss
Once an item has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss or damage shifts from the seller to the buyer unless otherwise specified. Mint X Pro is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during transit. In the event of an issue with shipping, it is the buyer’s responsibility to resolve the matter with the shipping carrier or, if applicable, to file an insurance claim for the item.
8.4 Packaging Standards
Sellers must ensure that all items are securely packaged to minimize the risk of damage during shipping. Failure to properly package items may result in the seller being held liable for any damage incurred during transit. Mint X Pro may provide guidelines or best practices for packaging, but it is ultimately the seller’s responsibility to ensure the item is safely packed and shipped.
8.5 Penalties for Non-Compliance
If you fail to comply with the provided shipping and handling instructions, Mint X Pro reserves the right to impose penalties. These penalties may include, but are not limited to, additional fees, the suspension of your account, or the cancellation of transactions. Repeated failure to adhere to shipping guidelines may result in permanent suspension from the platform.
8.6 International Shipping
If you choose to ship items internationally, you are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable import/export laws, customs duties, tariffs, and regulations. Mint X Pro is not responsible for delays, fees, or other issues that arise due to international shipping policies.
8.7 Seller Responsibility
Mint X Pro does not independently authenticate or verify the authenticity of the cards listed on the platform. It is the sole responsibility of the seller to ensure the accuracy, authenticity, and condition of the items they list for sale. Sellers are expected to provide honest and accurate descriptions, including any relevant details such as card condition, grading status, and whether the card has been professionally authenticated.
8.8 Buyer Due Diligence
Buyers are encouraged to exercise caution and conduct their own due diligence when purchasing items through the platform. This may include reviewing the seller’s ratings, asking for additional photos or information, or consulting third-party experts to verify the authenticity of the item before completing a purchase. Mint X Pro is not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from a buyer’s failure to verify the authenticity of a card prior to purchase.
8.9 Counterfeit and Misrepresented Items
If an item is found to be counterfeit, misrepresented, or otherwise not as described, Mint X Pro is not responsible for providing refunds, returns, or compensation. Any dispute arising from counterfeit or misrepresented items must be resolved directly between the buyer and seller. Mint X Pro may, at its discretion, assist in facilitating communication between the parties but does not guarantee resolution of the dispute.
8.10 Reporting Fraud
Buyers and sellers are encouraged to report suspected fraudulent activity, counterfeit items, or misrepresented listings to Mint X Pro through our reporting tools or by contacting customer support. Mint X Pro reserves the right to investigate reports of fraudulent activity and take appropriate actions as necessary.
8.11 Consequences of Fraudulent Activity
Users who are found to have knowingly engaged in fraudulent activity, including the sale of counterfeit items or misrepresentation of an item’s condition or authenticity, may face penalties. These penalties may include suspension or permanent termination of their Mint X Pro account, the cancellation of ongoing transactions, and possible legal action. Mint X Pro reserves the right to remove listings or restrict access to the platform in cases where fraud is suspected.
8.12 No Liability
Mint X Pro assumes no liability for counterfeit or misrepresented items sold on the platform. By using the platform, both buyers and sellers acknowledge and accept the risks involved in buying and selling collectible items and agree that Mint X Pro is not responsible for any damages, losses, or claims resulting from counterfeit items or misrepresentation.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1 User Responsibility
In the event of a dispute between users (such as between a buyer and a seller) regarding a transaction conducted through the Mint X Pro platform, it is the responsibility of the involved parties to attempt to resolve the issue in good faith. Mint X Pro encourages open communication between users to resolve any misunderstandings, disputes, or concerns related to a transaction.
9.2 Mint X Pro’s Role
While Mint X Pro provides a framework for resolving disputes, we are not obligated to act as a mediator or arbitrator in these matters. Upon cancellation, users will no longer have access to their accounts or any associated data, and all ongoing listings or transactions will be terminated. 11. Termination of Service

In the event that your account is suspended or terminated, Mint X Pro reserves the right to withhold any payments due to you from completed transactions or any items you have listed on the platform until any outstanding disputes or issues are resolved. This may include investigations into fraudulent activity, counterfeit claims, or other violations of our Terms of Service.
11.4 Reinstatement of Accounts
If your account is suspended or terminated, you may appeal the decision by contacting Mint X Pro’s customer support team.
